Account and Data Ownership When you purchase a subscription to IRHQ, you retain ownership of your own incident data and any reports generated within the platform. However, you do not have any rights to sell, license, or redistribute any part of the IRHQ platform or its components. 4. Refund Policy Self-Serve Plans: You may request a full refund within 7 days of starting your plan. Enterprise Annual Contracts: You may request a full refund within 30 days of starting your contract.
